Who We Are

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there.

Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role
As the Web Operations & Optimization Specialist, you will work cross-functionally to create best-in-class website experiences that lift conversion and build the web roadmap to maximize ROI and drive growth. You’ll be the link between Marketing, IT, and Brand/Creative, keeping our global site fast, reliable, and on-brand—operating as a high-performing demand-generation engine. The role blends hands-on technical skills (CMS, analytics, tracking) with marketing know-how (technical SEO, CRO, attribution) to deliver measurable results across our web presence.

What You’ll Do

Website Operations & Governance of helloezra.com
  • Manage day-to-day publishing and page setup in the website CMS (Contentful), maintaining reusable templates, components, and blocks to enable scale.
  • Maintain standards and processes, including intake, SLAs, workflows, QA checklists, change logs, and release documentation.
  • Act as the technical bridge between IT and the web agency and manage the full SDLC—prioritizing work, defining requirements, approving changes, coordinating releases, and running UAT prior to deployment.
  • Monitor and ensure website usability, performance, and security, and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
  • Provide hands-on support, conduct QA, and implement advanced HTML/CSS/JavaScript adjustments to ensure campaign pages function and render as intended.

Analytics, Tracking & Performance
  • Configure and QA GA4/GTM for pages, forms, and events, and enforce clean, consistent UTM standards.
  • Monitor Core Web Vitals; implement front-end fixes and partner with the agency on backend items.
  • Support integration and maintenance of the web MarTech stack via GTM and platform tags to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Build reporting and dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) to monitor traffic, conversions, SEO KPIs, and A/B test outcomes.
  • Build and maintain Zapier automations to capture clean web and marketing data into the CRM, ensuring reliability and governance.

SEO, UX & Conversion
  • Implement CMS-level SEO in Contentful, partner with the website agency on technical/performance SEO, and validate improvements with standard tools.
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests, using data and user feedback to inform UX updates with a mobile-first approach.
  • Develop and run quantitative and qualitative research, including user testing, heatmapping/scrollmapping, visual analytics, data analytics, and competitive research.
  • QA experiments across browsers and devices, ensuring goals and events are tracked correctly.
  • Analyze conversion funnels and report on findings to determine impact on UX and conversions, translating insights into clear recommendations.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Months
  • Develop a clear understanding of EZRA’s web ecosystem, governance, and analytics/tracking foundations.
  • Establish a stable publishing and QA process that reduces website issues and improves time-to-resolution.
  • Launch a prioritized testing roadmap and deliver early conversion and UX wins using data and user feedback.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and implement key technical SEO fixes in partnership with the website agency to lift speed, stability, and search visibility.
  • Ensure reliable data flow from web to Salesforce campaigns via GA4/GTM and Zapier, with monitoring and alerts in place.

About You
You have
  • 3–5 years in website operations, front-end development, or technical marketing operations at an agency or in the tech/SaaS industry (B2B preferred).
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, with hands-on experience in Contentful or a comparable enterprise CMS.
  • Strong technical SEO capabilities with demonstrated implementation.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and GTM, with familiarity in CRO, automation, or SEO tools is a plus
  • Experience with UX/wireframing and mobile-first design; strong cross-browser/device QA.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills; able to validate agency or backend work and drive issues to resolution.

You are
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A team player with strong agency management and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A clear communicator who can translate business needs into technical action.
